FATTORIA DI GERMAGNANO

Due giorni di shooting per documentare il grande lavoro del team che gestisce la Fattoria di Germagnano; dal pascolo alla mungitura, il caseificio, la stagionatura e fino al ristorante e ai pic nic open air.
Il lavoro ha coinvolto 4 risorse ITM così suddivise: Alessandro Di Giacomo (coordinatore), Mark David Alunni e Linda Giorgi (video), Elisa Imperi (foto).

Two full days of shooting to document the incredible work of the team running Fattoria di Germagnano — from grazing to milking, from the dairy lab to cheese aging, all the way to the restaurant and open-air picnics.
The production involved 4 members of the ITM team: Alessandro Di Giacomo (coordinator), Mark David Alunni and Linda Giorgi (video), Elisa Imperi (photo).
